My temporary favourite is one of Switzerland. It is extremely soft and creamy, but it has its own taste.

My interest in cheese came up when I was shopping in a supermarket with papa.
The lady at the cheese- and meatcounter gave me and papa two pieces of Emmentaler (that´s not my favourite now, dunno its name), one which was 8 weeks old and one being 16 months old or something. The old one was extremely better, it had more taste.
After that, I tried everyone of papa´s cheeses
